Free cancellation
Cancel up to 12 hours before the class starts and your credit returns immediately. The exact deadline is shown as a time on every class, booking and reminder.
Late cancellation and no-shows
Inside 12 hours the credit is used. Drop-in payments are not refunded for late cancellations. The studio may waive a late fee at its discretion.
Classes we cancel
If we cancel a class (for example fewer than the minimum number of bookings two hours before start) your credit is returned and you are told by WhatsApp and email.
Waitlist
If a place opens before the cutoff you are booked automatically and notified. You can leave the waitlist at any time without charge.
